- International shipments are generally sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) is offered and selected:
- Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us via the carrier.
- This service is optional and availability depends on destination and carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure, or regulatory authorities are beyond our control.
5. Taxes and Duties
- Sales tax is collected only where legally required (e.g., U.S. state sales tax where applicable).
- We do not collect or remit VAT, GST, or import taxes for foreign jurisdictions unless explicitly offered as DDP at checkout.
- Customs authorities may request additional documentation or payments directly from the buyer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

- Returns require prior authorization.
- Installed, used, or custom products are generally non-returnable.
- International orders are final except for defective or incorrect items.
