Thank you for shopping at Condor TechParts LLC. We take pride in offering high-quality technical and industrial products. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

- The item is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

- The item is returned in its original packaging

- The product is in resalable condition

- A return authorization has been issued by our support team

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

- Electrical or electronic components that have been installed, powered on, or used

- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

- Custom-made or special-order products

- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse


2️⃣ Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Items must be shipped only to the address provided (Miami warehouse or designated logistics center).

  4. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


3️⃣ Return Shipping Costs

- Domestic (U.S.) returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

- International returns:
Customers are fully responsible for:

-Return shipping costs

- Customs clearance

- Import/export duties

- Taxes or brokerage fees

These costs are non-refundable.


4️⃣ Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

- You will be notified of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

⚠️ Important Notes

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges are non-refundable.

- Delays caused by customs or carriers do not qualify for refunds.


5️⃣ Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

- Additional shipping or customs charges may apply.


6️⃣ Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery

- Provide clear photos and your order number

In confirmed cases of defect or shipping error, Condor TechParts LLC will cover return shipping costs.


7️⃣ Warranty Claims

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

- Warranty coverage and duration are defined by the manufacturer.

- Warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

- Condor TechParts LLC does not provide extended warranties unless explicitly stated.


8️⃣ International Orders (Latin America & Other Regions)

For international shipments:

- All sales are considered final, except for defective or incorrect products.

- Customers are the importer of record unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in package abandonment without refund.
