Condor TechParts LLC is committed to delivering your orders efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with international shipping regulations. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities or partner warehouses located in Miami, Florida, United States, unless otherwise specified.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- United States (domestic shipping)

- Latin America

- Selected international destinations

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted global carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

- DHL Express (primary international carrier)

- UPS (selected domestic and express services)

- USPS (domestic and selected international services)

Carrier availability depends on destination, package size, weight, and service level selected at checkout.


4. Shipping Rates

- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

-Destination

-Package dimensions and weight

-Selected carrier and service level

- We do not offer flat-rate shipping unless explicitly stated.

- Promotional or free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.


5. Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Processing times may vary due to:

- Stock availability

- Order verification

- Regulatory or compliance checks

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


6. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and shown at checkout when available.

Please note:

- Delivery times are estimates only, not guarantees.

- Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure are outside our control.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Default Shipping Terms (DAP – Delivered At Place)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

- International shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

- The customer is responsible for:

- Import duties

- VAT / GST

- Customs clearance fees

- Any additional local taxes or charges

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Optional DDP Shipping (Delivered Duties Paid)

In some destinations, DDP shipping may be offered at checkout:

- Import duties and taxes are prepaid by Condor TechParts via the carrier.

- No additional customs charges are billed to the customer upon delivery.

- Availability depends on destination, carrier, and product type.

If DDP is available, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.


8. Customs Documentation & Product Origin

- All shipments include standard commercial documentation required for export.

- Products may be manufactured in countries other than the United States.

- Country of origin is declared according to international trade regulations.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.


9. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

- Incorrect address provided by the customer

- Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes (DAP shipments)

- Failure to complete customs clearance

The customer will be responsible for:

- Original shipping costs

- Return shipping costs

- Any additional fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities

Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping and handling costs.


10. Tracking Information

- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email.

- Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take several hours to appear.


11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).

- Provide photos and tracking details to support your claim.

Claims are subject to carrier investigation and resolution timelines.
